This is one of my favorites of yours. Really great to be able to see this develop.

Very nice!Thank you for sharing. I Loved your "tiling" technique. Can you please show your palette?

Beautiful, just watching the brush strokes ! simple but effective in building up layers and making the painting come to life !

Zimou, a couple of questions I'd like to ask

1. Do you wash and clean the paintbrush with every new color you use or just wipe the brush on a rag and dip it into the new paint?
2. I read in one of your replies that you use refined linseed oil for your paintings. Do you use the oil to both mix colors and also clean the brushes?

Thank You for sharing.

Alla prima method is fantastic and you know how to do it Zimou. Thanks for sharing. Are you using oil paint or acrylic on this demo?

All your portraits are made with contrasting light. It looks spectacular and is easier. But true skill master is checked for different types of lighting. And scattered, and not contrasting.

Nice work...but the model is missing while you are implementing your work...the ear is also nice but has to be slightly needs your comments instead of the beautiful music...best of luck....

Nice painting. I was surprised when he first put that horrible color on the forehead at the beginning and even more surprised when it was still there at the end of the video. Also the back of the neck looks terrible. The red in the center of the ear is interesting if not realistic. Overall I would give this painting a C minus.
