Nah he missed with this one. 1 year is more than plenty of time to be good at your job

An irrelevant take, tech industry alone has laid off thousands this year. I’ve been part of 2 company wide RIFS last 5 years. Managers are unable to balance hiring needs with business needs

I did this and the HR agency told me exactly that this is the reason why I am a bad candidate. I was no happy with her. So when the company wanted to hire me (bad luck lady), I made her suffer and prolong the answer. I even though about giving a no and stating the reason she told me that, but though that that was too petty of me...

so yeas - great advice for enterpreneurs/companies, but bad advice for employees :)

I know plenty of people who hop every 1 or 2 years.
In the real world you know you'll never make more money at this place and then another is offering more money. And promotions are only for a frat brother.

PSA: This video is for anyone job hopping big corporate companies like FAANG. Retail, Fast Food, Sales, Warehouse, or small IT/Medical jobs... quit that shit ASAP if they aren't treating you with respect. Trust me, McDonald's or Walmart ain't gonna care if you lie on your job resume.

Although I totally understand the

I've seen multiple videos from this channel supporting the idea that they SHOULD change jobs every 2 years for max pay.

In your theory, you wouldn't hire the same people that took your advice, because they did?
