A Fulton County judge heard arguments Friday on whether District Attorney Fani Willis should be disqualified from prosecuting former President Donald Trump and other defendants in the 2020 Georgia election interference case. The defense team alleges Willis' romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade created a conflict of interest.

I'd like to disqualify John Merchant for the number of times he says "uh" and "um." A skilled lawyer should be able to speak confidentally without the rampant use of "fillers" such as these.

Ridiculous delays! The "appearance of improper behavior" is not "proof" of improper behavior. DA Willis is a high powered professional and her dating life has nothing to do with this case. When they started to date has nothing to do with this case. This is completely irrelevant. The defense has not proven in this hearing "actual ethical nor criminal violations". I hope this judge does not remove the prosecutors from this case based on the defenses "appearance of improper behavior" accusations. What court, lawyer or prosecutor in this country will "convict" Trump solely based on the "appearance" of improper behavior? None! All lawyers, judges, prosecutors, government officials, etc. should reveal who they date and I guarantee you we will see dating someone in the workplace may raise questions in judgment but it is quite common and not a criminal offense. Where is the "criminal" offense here by the DA? Where is it? Bradley was a witness for the defense and he turned out to be a "poor" witness for them. Text messages from Bradley to the prosecutor are not "sworn testimony" and they banked on his texts. Now they want to say the state DA and her team is dishonest. Bradley (the witness for the defense and not the prosecution) later testified under oath and sworn testimony he was "speculating" about their relationship in his text and that he "has no actual facts". The defense don't like "sworn under oath testimony" of their "star" witness that obviously failed them by not providing the proof they wanted.

This case should have been dismissed out of hand! This judge is proof the legal system is not going to save us from Trump! We will have to do that ourselves!
