Given the facts that bonds are now available at throw away price ( for Hindenbrerg to purchase) after Credit Suisse, Citi Group and Standard Chartered, all three biggies, stopped aceepting Adani bonds as collateral for loan.

1. LIC already had 28mn shares iof Adani Enterprises in March 2017 which they sold in the same year June 2017 at an avg price of 84/sh (approx 235cr) this shares were absorb by unknown Mauritius based funds

2. Now this funds started to manipulate the price to 20-30x

3. Now in year 2021 LIC came back and start buying same Adani Enterprises share from at an price 2000-3900/sh (remember they sold all its share at 84/sh in year 2017 ) and in the same period this Mauritius based funds were selling its share which they had bought from LIC in 2017 at price 84/sh

In 2017 profit of Adani Enterprises was 750cr when LIC sold all its stake at rupees 84/sh
In 2022 profit of Adani Enterprises is 777cr when LIC start buying again at price 2000-3900/sh

LIC sold all its stake for 235cr in 2017 and buyback same quantity of shares in 2022 for 6, 500cr
