Algebra 2 Lesson #26 Solving Systems of Linear Equations by Substitution

In this lesson, we will learn how to solve a system of linear equations in two variables using the substitution method. This method involves solving one of the equations for one of the variables. We can then plug in for that variable in the other equation and solve. This will give us one of our unknowns. We can then plug in for this known variable in either original equation and solve for the remaining unknown.
