I love everything!! I would get a longer cafe curtain that covered the whole lower half to cover up the crack, but everything else is absolutely amazing!!

Agree with other comments that we need to be very careful what we buy from Temu. I try to be from US as much as possible. Really love the paint job. Looks so European. Not a fan of the stripes with faux paint job. If you want to hide that crack in window you could get the peel and stick decal things that make it look like stained glass or whatever. Great job!!

It looks so good Kenzie. I agree about making the cafe curtain longer & may I suggest painting the wall fixtures to match the wall, they stick out like a sore thumb (as my dear mother use to say). The walls, paper & sink are fabulous! ❤. Great job!

Definitely doesn't look builder grade any longer. I agree with other subscribers that you need a longer cafe curtain (they are not my thing at all but I know they are very popular this year). Everything turned out beautifully. You have inspired me to add so additional character to my home as well.

Kenzie, How can I express my awe? If I could, I would pluck this powder bath and place it down inside my home. You have accomplished so many great things. You have added lots of texture, you have added multiple shading tones, you have brought back in old wood, the list goes on! I just hate when other people tell someone they need to take away or change things. This is YOUR room, YOUR inspiration and YOUR joy to embrace. The cafe curtain was a fantastic idea. I love the color and even the tassels on the second choice. I know the height is what you are stuck with if you purchase. I thought the hand towel next to the sink had a similar vibe. IF you would like to bring the rod up to the window frame in the middle where the two panes split, so as not to have a double line, I have watched Lone Fox and XoMcKenna take a simple piece of fabric throw in a top and bottom hem and hang for cafe curtains. I have also seen others take a hand towel like yours that already has side and bottom hems and just flip over the top, zip in a single pocket hem to make it the exact height they desire and lop off the excess fabric. You and your husband must be so proud of your accomplishments. It’s exciting to watch your design process expand and grow. Thank you for sharing!

The only change I would make is taking the little pink flowers that are in the white planter on that cute wooden shelf and put those in the old world vase on your stool and put the other faux flowers up in the planter on the shelf so you don’t cover that cute picture behind it. It’ll add much needed height to that pretty vase on the stool. Other than that the room is adorable and very old world looking.
