Much of the donations (political and non-political) that he's been receiving since January 6th is going towards legal fees.

It is very important to note that his businesses are not making as much as they used to and the small group of people currently funding his adventures are getting smaller in number and poorer in pocket.

I don't see where he's going to jail but I can see bankruptcy and insolvency being a major threat in the next 3 years.
