With all of the police at that place, and an immediate lockdown, HOW DID THE SHOOTER GET AWAY ???
What the heck is going on ???
Plenty of cameras, and no description, no video, no picture, to notify their family members to try to talk him into turning himself in ???

I'm from Chicago, that area is lit up like a Christmas tree 24/7, where are all the surveillance videos showing this man and how he carried out these murders?!
