Great game by the Kings to win their 3rd straight game, and finish 3-0-1 against the Canucks this season.

Talbot and the whole team have been playing really well down the stretch here, and are heating up at the right time with playoffs right around the corner.

Kempe is quietly putting together another career season, adding 2 goals and an assist tonight. Goal scoring is a bit low compared to last year, but 71 points (27G, 44A) in 72 games is phenomenal. He leads the team despite playing 5 less games than most of his teammates.

The Kings as a team will finish with less points than they did last season, but I believe that despite this, they are still a better team than last season. I think the way they're structured is more built for the playoffs, compared to how they were the last couple of seasons, so I'm excited to see how they do here in a few weeks.

Go Kings Go!

The Kings in their locker room after the game: "like stealing candy from a baby"

The Canucks really don't know how to play the Kings. They are starting to look more like the Canucks I know now.

It was a good run, but our goose is cooked without Demko. That was nasty.

After tonight, I say this with deep regret and frustration, but Casey DeSmith has got to be taken out and replaced with Silovs for the rest of the regular season. He has capitulated form his strong start to the season, and he's let in many costly goals.

But once again, my biggest gripe with this team is they CAN'T STAY THE F**K OUT OF THE PENALTY BOX!!!! WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THEM TO REALIZE THAT THAT IS WHAT IS KILLING THEM???

Kings needed this one, and that goal by Fiala midway in the 2nd period was amazing which turned out to be the winning goal!

With a game like this, Vancouver has nothing to do in the playoffs

Why does everyone praise how good DeSmith is as a backup goalie? He is part of the reason why the Canucks keep losing. 6 goals on 28 shots? That's a 0.786 save percentage. He is getting beat on clean shots also. No deflection. Worst of all, its like the guy doesn't have a glove on. He doesn't know how to cover the puck or control his rebounds. He is completely out of position all the time. Which causes rebounds to go in. Silovs should be starting, not DeSmith.

WOW....How good Hughes is and has been. That last goal by Kempe----a) Hughes f'd up in slot with puck THEN even more so skating back ..WHY at that angle?---Kemp whole ice and goes around him?...Unbelievable

Didn't realize how slow Soucy and Hughes were until they got outskated by LA for two goals.

Canucks are such an inconsistent team.

Canucks should have kept kuzmenko and Tanev and never made player changes, the team was super before that. See how they play before and after the trade deadline!

Yikes, Canucks enjoy messing with DeSmith's confidence by playing like crap in front of him, not sure why but this is 2nd game where they just hang him out to dry. Having that said, he cant save the Canucks with their defensive lapses, so it's not entirely his fault but he is also not bailing out the team like Demko does

Demko's absence demonstrates how much he carries this team.
