The reason 13R takes longer to charge than the Ace 5 is because it is a single battery slab cell, it is not divided into 2 cells like the Ace 5

I am pretty sure Ace 5 used Dual cell battery instead of 13R's single cell, hence it charged faster!

Curved build with curved back and sides are good but a strict no to curved displays. There is no utility to curved displays, they are more of a hindrance even from a looks perspective, IMO.

The 13r main camera also comes with 50MP IMX 906 Sensor as the Chinese variant ACE 5 but not LYT 700 itself as OnePlus used to mention in its official website. I don't know why OnePlus made this discrepancy in 13r specs details becoz it's been repeatedly mentioned the LYT 700 as main sensor in many blogs & YT reviews., But the biggest truth is.. it's the IMX 906 present in 13r., as I own 13r itself & I had checked it out using the hardware info app & it is clearly mentioned so as IMX 906 in camera hardware. I just wanted spread this info for everyone to get a clarity on the main camera sensor on 13r. And a good news is that IMX 906 is said to be a superior flagship camera sensor lined up in 13r compared to LYT 700 which is present in some mid range models. Thank you..😊

I like the way the 13 is flat sided but screen is slightly curved.

One of the biggest flaw in one plus operating system is in notifications and quick settings and then in app icon badges when u change from dot to number for notifications, it dont work only dot works, i m so surprised why no youtuber talks about this

I prefer curved sides & flat screen, but sharp_flat sides work well when you dont have a fone-holder & you wanna place the phone on a flat surface & watch media for a long/extended period of time

The Oneplus 13R/ Ace5 is a worthy phone for its price(at the moment but Id like to see a comparison vid of Ace5 vs Xiaomi 14T pro or galaxy S24 FE) & the bigger battery & reduced weight are solid improvements
