After taking a class in C using notepad++ this is a breeze! I was honestly a little intimidated when I found out my current C# class was going to be using Visual Studio which I have no experience in. This video broke the ice so thanks! I'm going to walk into class tomorrow with a confident swagger that can only be attained when you know how to make colored buttons :)

is visual studio express 2013 for windows different from visual studio express 2013 for windows desktop? because i dont have that windows form application in the menu

Do you know how to binding for example i want to calculate the minimum quantity of the item, to find the quantity i need to do calculation like total quantity minus the left over quantity = minimum quantity. I need to retrieve those item in the database. Doing an assignment. Will appreciate if you can help me. thanks :)

So I have about two months ago started learning QBasic... I am 14 years old and interested in programming. I have also read a small bit of a book about Java, and watched some tutorial videos on youtube. Any tips on how to get a good start? I am especially interested in creating games. I have made one text - based in QBasic, but I want to make one with objects etc. Thanks!

I know this seems like a dumb question, but what is the proper way of saving such a project? When I save it and try to re-open at a later date, it tends to show me a "build error" message and won't allow me to continue working on the project. Due to this, I got a zero on my project when I sent it to my prof because it wasn't opening properly.

I don't know what to do, I have after some attempts write your code exactly the same. I can't get the dialogue window to pop up when I press the buttons. (I am windows 10 user if it matters)
