Hey there! Thanks for tuning in to my travel vlog. My name is Domi and I'm from Germany, currently traveling the world and experiencing all sorts of new cultures and cuisines. Today, I'm in Mumbai, India and I'm on a mission to eat as much food as I can for just one dollar.
To kick off the challenge, we start with a famous Indian snack – the samosa. These deep-fried pastries are filled with spiced potatoes and peas, and they're a must-try when you're in India.
Next up is chole bhature, another classic Indian dish. It's a combination of spicy chickpeas and deep-fried bread, and it's absolutely delicious.
After that, we try some pakora – these are small, deep-fried fritters made with vegetables or paneer (Indian cheese). They're the perfect snack to munch on as we continue our food tour.
Next, we try something new – da beli. This is a type of Indian street food that I haven't had before, and it's made with lentil flour and spices. It's crispy and flavorful, and definitely worth a try.
Finally, we end the video with a couple of classic Indian street foods – break pakora and pani puri (also known as golgappa). The break pakora are fried bread rolls filled with spiced potatoes, and the pani puri are small, crispy shells filled with a spicy water and vegetables. Both of these are extremely popular all over India, and they're a great way to end the challenge.
Overall, it's amazing how much food you can get for just one dollar in Mumbai. From spicy snacks to hearty meals, there's something for everyone here. I hope you enjoyed this video and that it's inspired you to try some new Indian dishes. Thanks for watching!
