With the next elder scrolls still years away, is now the perfect time to catch up on the series?
Should I finish and do a full review of any of these games?
Let me know!

Play the series backwards. Since you really started with skyrim, then is oblivion, then play morrowind.. once you absolutely master morrowinds mechanics, you now graduate to the complexity of daggerfall.. and once you master daggerfall.. you can attempt to play arena because arena suffers from the jank massively, being so old.

Personally i gave up on arena because it was not even close to being as entertaining as its immediate sequel.

Morrowind is my all time favorite. Such a good game even in 2023

Honestly did the pilgrimage myself quite recently.
Didnt finish Arena. That games takes a while and is quite repetitive. Beat the tutorial dungeon and gave up.
Played Daggerfall, cool stuff a bit too grindy so i cheated my levels in to finish the main quest faster. But i'd say quite alright if also a bit repetitive.
Morrowind really hit it out of the park for me, it's kinda peak.
Everyone knows the other games.

First of all, I'm offended that you beat me to an elder scrolls short. Second, I'd say morrowind is the best starting point from a modern standpoint, giving you enough elder scrolls history to better understand the later games and understand the origins of the games too. If you really want the entire Elder scrolls experience, definitely start with arena and work your way up from there

I will speak from experience. Don't bother with Starfield.
