The next time you buy pineapple, don't throw the skin when you peel it. Boil it in water to make a "tea", put sugar, then strain the tea and save it into the fridge. Drink it cold, it's very refreshing. 😊

Hey Clynton I applaud your efforts in desiring to be healthier. From going to the market and the home made meals you make. In case you do desire to be healthier, a lot of juices, from ribena to lucozade is just water, sugar and fake colour. In the long run, taking stuff like that can be quite detrimental to your health, like exposing you to diabetes. No judgement, but if you genuinely want to pursue health, slow down on the intake of such juices and sodas. Vitamin c is richly found in greens. Maybe consider blending juices and hide some greens in there for increased nutrition.
