Moral of the story is : you don't need to care for the sensitivities of everybody, especially if you feel like you are putting yourself at risk by doing so. If people wanna be mad, let them be mad as long as you get things done.

being a Cop, firefighter or a soldier isn't a regular 9 to 5, their job is to protect and serve and in doing so they will be put in danger but that's what they take oaths to do when they join, but this all should be reminded to the civilians and those in service by the veterans Frequently😊 caus even though it's true if it comes from a civilian it just sounds entitled and ignorant to them as civilians don't go through it like they do.
