My husband and I decided to stay at home with the children and be a homemaker, we felt parenting and home making is both responsability is not one way. So I went to work and he stayed at home being a home maker, for some years, and he worked on the weekend, while I was at home and some years later I shared the parenting for some years and we worked so well. The other reason was to have the children be alone with each parent, he took them shopping, to the park, etc, and cooked and clean the house etc. It was the same for me when it was my turn. Everyone critisised us I was constantly told '' you should be a home not your husband"' it was wonderful he spent time with the chldren for some years alone and vise versa. It was absolutely wonderful experience sharing parenting and homemaking ''equally shared the responsability ''

Firstly...let the record show that I watch an entire video without any sort of interruption. That's a big deal and I don't even have toddlers.

Secondly, this was a great encouragement to homeschoolers. Keep it up, keep making that journey real.

I'm in the launch phase now as they are in their 20's. Did I struggle in homeschooling? Yes. We're they angelic children each day? Of course not. But here's the real question are they functioning members of society with a work ethic and believers in the Lord? Yes.

It's all about those priorities and counting the cost. I love it. Great job...

Is ''sexist'' saying women ''can not do both', '' and not having time with the children.For men too they are out to work, and choose a career, is the same for men too. As well, I had a career and raised three girls, and I managed to do both, it is 2024 there are resources, and so much opportunity to work and have a career. Every family is different and can not put into a category that women should not have a career, but family is both parent the responsability to share so to have a career this means the husband contribute and support his wife to suceed in her career, is team work.You only mention the 'women is the helper to her husband'' but you don't mention the husband also be the ''helper '' to help his wife to rich her ful potential. You have put the main ''emphasis' 'on the women or mother, this is typical of society and the church, place the expectation on mothers not on fathers, the mothers 'can not have a career and be a mother'', is not the same for father.
