*This trick is usually an advanced pole trick but for those who have bendy back, I think it could be attempted at high-intermediate level too. I've also seen this trick taught at more advanced-intermediate level at some studios.
*If you're not comfortable doing tricks safely on a spinning pole, practice this on the static first!
