The hat is from Garrison with level 3 fishing shack, When you fish you have a chance to get these consumables that you can throw into the lake and spawn a murloc, the murloc has a chance to drop the hat, sea turtle and Riding turtle. My gear I have is from The goblin area, The quest gear.

Right guys, Some info. Me and my fiancéé had been trying this last night, we found out that once you do the mission Life savings and you give them to the trade prince, when the cinematic plays about the fire from the volcano you wake up on the raft but you're still stunned no further quest appears, so you're just stuck there in endless bliss. Can't even get back to send back heirlooms which is donkey balls. Sorry I would of loved to give you a video about it but i mean, it would be abit of a kick in the ass watching the video just to find out it's patched. Thanks for the support guys.

gobblins get stat cloak in there zone but you may have gotten rid of it so sindorei cloak of warding atleast?
