11:45 before actually writing. It's really a shame no one managed him and filmed him all the years he's been teaching.
He would of had millions of subscribers now...
One channel...posting full lessons on YouTube...writing with the brush ...having a good camera setup where viewers can watch and learn.
Post full lessons weekly...3 days before posting full lesson post a time lapse 20min with good music.
Also post on community page with photo and link of newly released lesson ...weekly
Have ONE channel only...
Use a brush...
Setup camera so viewers can see as you write with palette.
When the channel picks up more subscribers (maybe 4 months) then add the YouTube subscription offer 3.99
Set up a patreon page, 5.00 per month (add full lesson each month)
With reference photo.
That's it...work on getting the YouTube channel established...
Igor is known around the world....if you have good setup...good topic to write... full lessons weekly
People will subscribe...no need to understand your language...use English titles in the thumbnails
If viewers can see palette, list in description English colors used.
If can see palette as your mixing no need to understand language, writing is universal language and communication with the eyes.
Try this....Igor....
Have someone working ONLY on your channel to read comments and respond.
Get good camera setup...many don't even have someone filming it's the way you position the camera to get good view of canvas and palette.

All those years Igor worked so hard writing so many videos. But they never had good camera person to film...all wasted time. He should of been filming lessons for YouTube with a good camera person and produced good videos. He would have millions of subscribers now....for YouTube.
He had too many channels...not good videos....never learning for viewers.
Years and years wasted because of the camera guy and no one directing him properly.
Also, need to teach and write using brushes...all the students watching the old videos....that's not a way to learn to write on canvas using fingers and knife.
An artist is unique and stands out because of their brushwork...brushstrokes are like a unique signature...
And the painters color mixing.
You can write any subject...but you don't have the experience now using a brush...because all those years teaching in the studio only thinking of making money with students...didn't want to use brushes because of expensive and cleaning them..ALSO never thinking to produce good teaching videos.
It's sad because Igor taught so many painters ....many have their own channels and many are very well established artists now...
All the years wasted because not good management and produced videos...
There's hundreds of videos on YouTube of Igor- BUT not one is good...not one full lesson and using the knife and fingers to write....not good. Igor has much experience and best artist who gave many artists their careers today....he could of left a legacy behind for generations to come if he only filmed the lessons...tutorials where viewers can learn...understand or just enjoy watching...anyway good luck to him....he's worked so hard throughout the yrs. It's really a shame....the camera people didn't film right and there was no management.
