Government Spokesperson Ofowno Opondo has said Uganda shall not be bullied by foreign powers through measures like the imposition of travel restrictions and sanctions. Ofwono Opondo was speaking in response to a release by the US state department saying visa restrictions had been imposed against, as yet, unnamed Uganda government officials over their involvement in human rights violations during the election period.
