They don't want to comply with the hands-free law. They think the law is over the top and they want to do what they want to do. The reason why Georgia bans holding your phone to your ear and supporting it by any part of your body is because when Georgia banned texting while driving in 2010, it didn't work and it was unenforceable because dialing phone calls was still allowed. Driving is not the number one thing in the car anymore and that's what we are trying to bring back. We're basically trying to go back to when all you had to do was drive when cell phones were nonexistent.
