Live with an Attitude of Gratitude! Appreciate what you have, while you have it! www.Jenya.TV

Most of the time people start appreciating things after they no longer have them...Take a different approach, live in the present moment and be grateful every day!
My coach's Rebecca Woodhead's response to this video (isn't she AMAZING?):
"This is PROFOUND. What you're describing is called 'reverse culture shock' and it happens to people when they have immersed themselves in another culture and return home. This is a great and unusual message.
The one thing I would urge you to consider is that 'appreciate what you have, while you have it' is actually a loss mentality statement and a fear statement. If you intend that (because people will respond to it), that's cool, but maybe put another comment at the end that's more positive.
One way to do that might be to quote Tony Robbins: "Live with an attitude of gratitude" which is about being grateful for everything in your life right now, rather than just living for future glory or regretting past losses. That's about making the most of all the things and experiences you have now and then building on them.
Other than that, fabulous! Glad you're learning so much out there."
Some quotes on this topic:
Learn to appreciate what you have while it's still there. You don't want to end up living a life full of regrets...
Appreciate what you have because at any moment you can lose it all...
Stop complaining. Why? Because somewhere out there, someone has a worse life than you. Just learn to appreciate what you have...
Learn to appreciate what you have instead of constantly moaning about things you wish you had...
Be in the grasp of true despair, to remember what it means to be happy...
