APOSOUNDS is a textile art project that reconstructs music into visual images by utilizing the color-auditory synesthesia theory based on the campaign slogan, ‘We wear music’.
It is a project that visualizes various genres of music around the world (classic, jazz, hip-hop, pop, etc.) to textile art to apply on familiar objects in our daily lives. The project provides synesthetic music experience and transforms music from something you listen to an experience that can be worn and used.
This art project is also based on universal design theory to provide equal design choice opportunity to everyone, especially to those that are visually impaired by allowing them to choose their desired design just with hearing.
