Hey katie, you probably wont see this, but maybe an assistant could help you? Im not sure of your financial situation, but having someone to help with order packing, emails etc. might help to ease some of the anxiety youre talking about. I know being overwhelmed with too many tasks to do can definitely trigger me into a crazy stress sprial.
