Just purchased a new WrightGrip 2.0 14mm wrench and the chrome has flaked off the open end. Wright Tools Ohio has not returned my contact email. 3 weeks now.

Why do you sell your tools on amazon in europe at prices that are 20 times higher? More expensive than snap-on. $500 for a wrench?
