Actually the download faster by turning the screen is theoretically possible because it has been shown with a ultra sensitive weight and an sub flashdrive with lots of space in it that after the sub had been filled with many files it had become heavier but by a very small amount so in theory it works but not a lot like really not a lot

This troll science is actually used by the auto industry to pass emissions standards. The testing sensor is put near the exhaust pipe to check how much pollutants a car is releasing. So the car makers have a device that sucks in clean air and mixes it with the exhaust before it gets to the tailpipe. So the exhaust is dilluted before it gets to the sensor.

even if you could seal the bottom, the upthrust of the water to overcome the ball's weight would be significantly reduced by the time it breaks the surface, it would need a lot of momentum to take it over the top, and since it is a ball of air, it is hardly likely it has much of a downwards force

I can think of a couple of flaws: First, the balls floating upward would have to pull against the balls pushing against the seal, and those coming around the pulleys. It would require a certain amount of force to keep the belt of balls turning, and I doubt mere buoyancy would supply it. Also, in the split-second it would take for the seal to close, it may still lose at least a drop of water each time, so the tank would be emptied eventually.
