The view uphill has a nice red white and blue theme going!
I had a wonderful surprise the other day when I was picking up a plant for a present—the small greenhouse business expanded! It was a glorious and well laid out full blown nursery now!🎉. I didn’t have time to shop, but oh boy I will be back!! I don’t know how I never knew this. They expanded 2 years ago! I need to get out more.
So I have seen so much of the Rozann geranium I finally got one. I have a bare spot from finally removing the poppies and it will look grand with the Denim & Lace sage and double feverfew and daisies. Think I might move Ebb Tide and Julia Child over there also. Another wet year like this and the hollyhocks will need to get replaced with rust resistant also.
The flower I’m in awe about right now is an annual bee balm Bergamo. It has No mildew and is the most vibrant shade of purple! Real show off! I wish I had known as I would have set more white flowers nearby. Wish it was perennial.

I think fall has arrived as we are cooling off and drying up big time this week. I hope it’s a nice one this year.
