Valheim's HIDDEN Stone Farming SECRET!

Today I share my 2 best methods for farming stone in Valheim. With these farming methods you can get stacks of stone fast and easy!

You can turn the Black Forest greyling spawners into a afk wood and stone farms

You could build a workbench and a stonecutter at the base of those towers, then use the build hammer to take them out.

The towers make great forward forts for exploring deeper into the blackforest and for a quick way to set up a new base.

Summon a troll using the trollstav (made in the ashlands), and you can instantly smash those pillars!!

Turn up resources, grab hoe, place Stone, pick it up. Real Infinite stone I laughed so hard when I discovered this

Hmm the pillars in the plains look like a good source but ive always had bad luck and they dont always break, wasting a lot of time even though i get it all separated from the ground. Use a troll to break rocks or copper deposits. Also The Elder is pretty good at breaking trees and stone too

I'm the clown who does the boulder cracking method. It's slow, but I'm ridiculously loaded with stone. Lol

You can use pickaxe to dig under the whole tower, and it will collapse by itself :D

My favorite is still the Greydwarf farm. Takes a bit to set up, but totally worth it.
Can either hop in the pit yourself and smack some Greydwarfs to help level weapon skills, or to make it AFK I like to bring some 2 star wolves, about 3-4 of them, and push em into the pit. Toss in a stack of boar meat (should have plenty from a boar breeder at this point) or deer meat if you prefer, neck tails also work but not as well as boar or deer, then crouch in a corner somewhere up out of the pit and let the wolves go to town.
Make sure there’s a couple workbench circles or other build piece that prevents items from despawning covering the area of the farm. AFK somewhere safe, then collect the loot!

You can use the pet rocks and breed them for stone too!

Run around the mistland chased by a bunch… they’ll destroy all the mountains for you ;)


The Plains pillar is the best way paired with portal

I usually have tons of stone by the time I'm in the mountains, passively loading up on stone while mining silver, lots of rocks up there too

Never tried it but I'm sure you could just bring a workbench and dismantle it. Sounds alot faster

I use the trollstav to clear boulders. Gets more stone than I could ever use, so fast!

I tried taking out the base of the plains stone pillars and it didn't fall at all. It just stayed in the air even though it wasn't connected to the ground at all. What a bummer.

Spoiler Free first: I was veeeerrry disappointed by the "heartbreak twist" at the end. That character deserved a better final fate, and they could have gone soooo much crazier with it. Spoilers below.

I thought she (or her remains after the tlexplosion) was going to be cancerously mutated into a new Mericanii, like they hinted at since the doscovery of the virus lab. What we got wouldnt have been out of place in a Conan novel 😞

Or, you put down a stone with the cultivator. Pick it up and get x3.

there is an infinite glitch, you can use the hoe to put 1 stone on the ground and if you have a multiplier on your world, you can have 2 more stones by stone you put on the ground or 3 times more
