Testing the Xiaomi Yi - Slow motion.

Hi

I made a small test of the Xiaomi Yi Camera.
I was testing the slow motion capabilities of this little camera.
I recorded this fan in:
1080p - 30fps
1080p - 60fps
7200p - 120fps
480p - 240fps

To slow down the footage I was using AE built in tools and Twixtor.
After checking the footage I decided to show the results of AE and Twixtor. At the end of the video theres and comparison of both outputs.

Twixtor speeds:

75%
50%
25%
15%
5%

AE speeds were made without measurements but I was trying to match them as accurate as I could.

480p - 420fps - 2:35

Comparison:

1080p - 30fps - 3:25
1080p - 60fps - 3:40

for high FPS videos you need a lot of light, to let the camera work with low enough exposure times: recording in a dark room is not the smartest choice.

It wont work indoors, the shutter speed is too slow and that create motion blur

you didnt disable motion/frame blend in twixtor

This camera looks like crap with frame sync issues. It should be slowed down, not look like time is jumping forward and backward.
