Pretty lame not to include the Mac Daddy of the 986 Boxster model...aka the "Boxster S" .

With it's 3.2 liter flat 6 engine six speed transmission, 911 brakes etc... a top speed of over 163 mph from the factory, and 0-60 times = 5.2 - 5.7 seconds (again in complete factory specs).

Things only increase like mine with the addition of things like an IPD Plenum, upgraded throttle body and aftermarket or sport exhaust.

Comes on as a 96-02 Boxster video. The third car shown, a Black Boxster is of an 05-08 987.1! The 2.7 L did NOT come out in 99, but rather 00. There was a 986.1 2.7L 00-02 with 217HP, and a 986.2 2.7L 03-04 with 228HP. Then I believe what he introduces as "a 2002 and above" is a 981 2013-2016 which jumped to 265HP! The glass window option was not offered until 2003 on the 986.2 which also added a glove box (not mentioned). I'm no expert but I coulda done a better video! Thumbs down!
