You need to do more thorough homework. You can up-list to NASDAQ at $2 per share, if certain conditions are met. You also don't seem to know ILUS owns 10 million shares of DRCR, (current price: $1.91), which could be used as collateral or sold for acquisitions.

They are reducing the os by nicks 390m plus the additional 40m and in talks for further reductions, plus spinning off 1 or 2 of the acquired companies.. so needing to get to 5b Mc is flat wrong and so is needing to get to $4. They can uplist at $2 if requirements are met. They wouldn't be going though all of that if they were going to do an rs. Use your head man..

there are a few other factors to leap into NASDAQ that you left out for some reason. $4 ps is just one. there are 3 other routes that should have been mentioned here. as far as a RS, as stated numerous times, that wont happen. please consider editing this or at least add an additional video. regards

Making several assumptions at the end of this video that are incorrect. Suggest doing your homework and not misinforming people. Normally I like your vids. Not this one.
