This is a bit late but, both variants of finger revolver (z move) are actually based off of the specific variation of Shigan, Tobu Shigan: Bachi. The final air “bullet” is based off of another variant called Tobu Shigan: Hibachi where Lucci charges his flick more and is therefore able to put so much force into the air “bullet” that it catches fire while flying to its target and explodes on impact.

Z: flaming finger pistol (lucci uses this in his final fight with luffy, where he shoots a flaming air blast
Afterimage assault: is also in the anime, rob lucci mixes both flashstep and skyjump
Spinning kick: never actually used by rob lucci but its definitely tempest kick.
Body flicker is also rob lucci mixing his soru and skyjump

The clip you showed for transformed Z could also be for afterimage assault (because lucci slams at the end).

Tbh the skills are mostly just things that all cp9 agents can do but further enhanced by the transformation and not actually the fruit as the fruit itself would only turn you into a leopard hybrid and make you stronger and more resistant as its not a mythical zoan fruit (in game it is but as yall probably know theres the zoans, the ancient zoans and mythical zoans) so it wouldnt give any extra ability other than a transformation (such as marco's blue flames or kaidou's heat attacks)

Spiralling kick is based off of rankyaku hyobi which is used in the final fight with luffy so the one in the video makes no sense

Spiralicng kick: Liberators bird rankyaku.

Afterimage assault: geppo + Soru, Tobu shigan bachi.

Transformation: Hybrid leopard/human.

Body flicker: shorter range soru + geppo
