I just saved and made a tune public and it shows that its there when im in the car that the tune is from but when im trying to download the tune to a new one (its the same model) its not there... why is that??

I made a really good looking Martini racing design for the 2012 mercades c-63 amg but can't share it because I used someone else's vinyal like honestly Forza should just add a option to unlock them so other players can use there vinyals for designs
