Why do we have Leap Years? Because of Julius Caesar.

February 29, 2016, marks another extra day for a Leap Year. It's a tradition that started in 46 B.C. with Julius Caesar ... but it took until the 1500s to fix the mistake he'd made when he started us leaping.
