CCR has a few new shiny things compared to the Xbox 360 version. Castle Crashers Remastered features the following:

- 5x increase in texture sizes!
- Uncapped framerate -- 60fps
- Various performance updates and improvements to gameplay and online multiplayer
- New mini game: Back Off Barbarian

Back Off Barbarian is a simple but addicting mini-game where players move quickly using the D-Pad to avoid the enemies. As time passes, more enemies are added into the level and the players will find it harder to get around in the environment. Up to 4 players can be supported online or offline. Back Off Barbarian will only be available on the Remastered edition of Castle Crashers.

I LOVE THIS GAME, but i think that instead of doing a remastered version with just HD and a little bit of things added, they should make a new game

I never knew they came out with a remastered version on this! I've always wanted Castle Crasher on the Next Generation consoles. I had it on the PS3 and always played with my friends. I would love it they released a port for the PS4 because there is a community for this game still there. It would also mean so much to my mom because we always used to play together and we thought it was the most fun games to play locally ever. Anyways it's 2018 and this came out in 2015 but I hope there is still time.
