Nothing Like Learning a New Platform Dive (205C) Only ONE Day Before You Will Compete With It!

Jennifer Bell had the chance today, after winning her second gold medal of the weekend at the USA Diving Region 1 Championships, to practice for her chance tomorrow to sweep the gold medals in all 14-15 Girls diving events. She worked with her beloved High Dive Champions Co-Head Coaches, Michael Darland and Sergey Meshcherskiy, who (in about thirty minutes) taught her an additional dive for her arsenal: a 205C (back 2-1/2 somersaults tuck) from the 7.5-meter platform of the tower. Here is her third try, after smacking nearly flat the first two times!
