What a HUGE difference moving the needle such a small amount can make. I seem to have inherited a combative approach to negotiation and now having turned 50, I can see what a huge impact this has had on my career and life. it's not due to a lack of skills on my part, I'm good at what I do - it's negotiation I suck at! As a technology consultant, I WISH I knew this stuff 10 years ago!!! So, I read the book some time ago but clearly it's time to get serious about it. Signed up for my first course about mindset and I am really excited about this journey. :) oh btw, I'm not a small skiing gamer person, that is my son. Who hacked my youtube channel to upload videos. :)

Would love to know how – you're probably thinking – translates best into german?

The Problem being: it could sound like you are tuning down the Accusation by "probably" / "wahrscheinlich".
As if i would say, i don't want you to think, that i'm a bad guy, BUUUT
Would it be better to say: i know you are thinking, that???

As the fine NUANCES of LANGUAGE seem very important to most of your techniques.
(Sie denken wahrscheinlich, dass ?)
