Realistically, kotl will start fanboying over shadow and even though he'll get smocked by shadow he'll still have the best fight of his life .
When you really thinking about it, both shadow and kol had like the same backstory, they both were invincible blood thirsty warriors who aimed to be the best, they both regreted their past actions and they both overall like fighting.
