Muje toh kahi officer madam ne bola hai mat lo promotion otherwise family life bachegi nahi… Jo officer ban gaye hai wohi log pachta rahe hai. 😅 mere samne ek madam (officer) ne resign kiya because she was unable to handle both.

I have worked in co operative for 1.5 yrs, worked 12hrs including 70 km traveling, got selected in SBI. Trust me it's the best thing that happened to me, I know all the work pressure etc. I see it as an upgrade and stepping stone for preparing other good jobs. private job is brutal I used to get calls every 10 days and meeting every month for target reviews. My relative who is elder to me is in SBI and he hesitates to get promotion even though eligible, he told me that SBI wants JA people to go out in field for marketing but no targets, he told me it will be implemented in near future.

Reality hits hard... sach kadwa hota hai...aur sach bolne walo ko bol diya jata hai ki negativity faila rahe ho... isliye logon ko mitha sapna dikha k courses, pdfs etc sale karo...sab log aapko upar uthyenge😂

People are telling unemployed se better hai sbi ka pressure.

M sbi m clerk se promotion leke avi scale 2 hun agar mera home region posting mila hota to kavi vi promotion nahi leta, sbi clerk is best, promotion lene k bad
Salary 20 hajar badta hai par tension 10000 ka milta hai, agar kisika ka home posting hai to kavi promotion mat lo,
Aur is bandhe ka baat 100 percent sahi hai

What you said is true. But, no one is perfect. Most people have atleast some constraints. Some doesn't have good technical education, some doesn't have strong financial support or some doesn't have age remaining to prepare further.

Banks are profit making organisations. So, they make every possible effort to increase profit by increasing work pressure on their employees.

Also, each individual should introspect his/her requirement and decide. No job is bad. Work pressure is everywhere. Definitely there are other jobs, which are better than banking. But, the fact is this being selected in banking is an achievement for aspirants.

If any one is unemployed, Join SBI. If you have multiple options, choose based on following points
1. Location
2. nature of job you like
3. Salary & perks
4. Promotion
5. Scope of transfer to places near your spouse

Work pressure is everywhere. But you will walk with head high in SBI.
No doubt if you both are in SBI as Award staff, you will enjoy life.

mujhe pehle lagta tha ky aap jhut bolte ho, but jb me abhi bank me work kr rha hu to pta chal rha, u was right, Banking sector is not for everyone. Take bank job for financial freedom and prepare for central government jobs like ssc railway etc and shift to it.

Banking is not that place for me in which I can survive till my retirement 🙏🏻
