hi syd! as a biggest studio ghibli fan, i don’t know if you build something from studio ghibli yet but i would love to see you build each room is different ghibli movie. like, ponyo’s house, totoro’s bathroom, kiki’s delivery service’s bakery kitchen, howl’s moving castle’s bedroom, etc. that would be so lovely ❤️❤️❤️

I would love to see you build a kingdom where every tiny home is inspired by a different planet! The castle would be Sun themed and all the village homes would be themed after different planets!

I love that you based this build on the Madonna… My family used to stay there overnight every time we traveled to Southern California. And we did that a lot because we went to Disneyland twice a year. I know what it looked like back in the 70s and I’m sure it’s even more fabulous now! ❤

A great east coast alternative like the Madonna hotel is the Roxbury Experience located in the Catskills NY. If you look up the name and location it should come up. The website is black, green, & orange. They have themed cottages, motel rooms, and hotel rooms all based off of fairy tails, pop culture, TV shows, movies, history, and more!

I haven’t stayed in any of the rooms but I’ve been to the restaurant and it is iconic! Definitely someplace to visit. And a random factoid: many people think that the hotel is named after or somehow related to the singer, Madonna. It’s actually named after the last name of the founder and owner, Mr. Alex Madonna!

Omg!!! What!!! The madonna inn is super close to where I live, I see it every time I drive anywhere north from where I live on the central coast. It’s so iconic and beautiful and I’m ecstatic to see a Sims build inspired by it❤❤❤❤

So excited to see the Madonna Inn! I went as a kid and it felt as magical as it looks. There was a seven foot tub in the room we stayed in and a great big river rock fireplace that felt luxurious from a ten year old’s perspective. I think it’s worth a visit! ♥️

I stayed for a night last summer in the Portugal room and it was gorgeous with tons of stuff to do and the architecture was so whimsical

I love the Madonna Inn! I never actually got to stay there, but me and my family always stopped by on the way to Southern California just to hang out in the lobby lol. It definitely is as luxurious as it appears online, or at least the lobby and gift shop is.

I drive by it every day and it is pretty glorious. They also have large grounds next to it where they hold all types of events. And if you ever go you have to have the pink champagne cake.
