how is it even remotely possible that just a clip of you saying yes can be enforceable as a legally binding signature.

Dont answer calls from numbers you dont recognize. If a person wants to get a hold of you they'll leave a message!

Those class action suits are pointless. The most folks are gonna get is probably a check for $0.12. 😂

By all means, hang up on them if they do call, but if all these scammers need is you saying yes, it indicates they must know far more about you before they made the call. Otherwise it wouldn't work. Wouldn't it be weird ordering something in a man's voice, then getting a yes confirmation in a woman's voice?

I solve this problem by letting ALL calls roll over to voice mail. I realize that Gen Z thinks this is sheer insanity, but it works for me.
