My arcade 1up mod

Changed the joysticks & buttons, added extra buttons on the front panel. Added extra speaker, used the vdisplay lcd controller for my screen, extended some button cables, volume and power on / power off button cables and connected to the pins on my pi so i can power on / off the raspberry pi 4 as well as change volume. I can also change the volume using a cheap amplifier. I use audio out from the lcd controller not from the pi itselve.

I'm happy, soldering was a lot of work though and very repetitive
