May I just say I have never heard of a catholic in the uk 🇬🇧 to fast, we need to keep it biblical, muslim ‘ s are just doing it for works based faith!
Let’s keep our fasts as Bible taught and kept them in knowledge and understanding.

I did this type of fast two years ago I pray God to give me tripple grace to do it over and over again. I felt good, light and so close to God, I would see angels and hear clearly divine instructions.
