No discussion on bringing petrol diesel under GST. Provision exists to bring Petrol, Diesel into GST ACT; the decision regarding applicable rate is pending. The intent of the central govt is to have petrol, diesel under GST. It Is now on state govt to reach consensus of GST rate for petrol, diesel.
