Gyms are closed again where I live so I'm grateful for this video because I turned to running :) Fall is the best season for running ! :D

Thank you so much Tracy. I ran the 400m in high school and college. I tried to stay in shape throughout the years however life definitely got in the way. I've started running again and found this cool down really helpful. 👟

i dont like this i thought this was a break and were frekin doing 50 s3enconds for a workout nah mate
