Another thing about kids these days don't want to drive let alone own a car... they hate it, so many parents are talking about how they are having to force their kids to get their licenses lol I never would have imagined, it was such a big deal when I was growing up. I couldn't wait to get my license. What a big change in a short time...TBH Honestly, I'm kind of starting to feel the same though, walkable cities sound much better for my physical and mental health. This includes having better city transportation, like light rails and such.
