It's the worst experience ever with GIVA. Neither would I prefer to shop on GIVA nor would I ever suggest this to anyone.
It was a birthday gift and these guys even after the order being a pre paid one told me that one of the product is out of stock. It's so so pathetic.
Even if we go to any jewellery shop and we pay the token amount for any jewellery piece they have that much courtesy to keep the item save for us.
Even after 10 days of ordering there's no update, no call, no mail, no message. When I called the customer care, they told me sho for another item because one of them was out of stock. Shame on you guys.
