Its black Friday that 700 i rather get a new tv and some new games. I just don’t see the need to get it unless you like having the latest most updated PlayStation. Ps5 og still looks very modern and plays the latest games

I think the base PS5 i just bought a PS5 slim is perfectly good enough for console gaming. And if I want high end gaming. (real High end gaming) I just put my PC with a 4080 Super on. Especially when it cost twice as much for a few extra fps and some slightly fancier graphics but nothing major. I am impressed with my PS5 Slim though. Very nice bit of Kit for the money.

People say that ps5 pro is getting closer to pc, no chance while ps5 pro is 6 years behind on old tech especially using the old cpu that was in the ps5 standard and they put it in the pro that’s having bottleneck issues. They should’ve put a newer apu inside. Anyone who’s either thinking of buying a ps5 pro wait till it drops down to £499 next year for a 1440p upscaled version you can get a decent graphics card that does all of this but native and not using any of these AI techniques. People deserve better for their money that’s why just buy a pc.

I'm pretty sure I said this before but I'm playing on a Samsung S90C 55-in and it looks incredible such an amazing setup they compliment each other so well and they have all the bells and whistles it's a QD OLED I paid $1, 592 for it definitely a great buy I think I've had it maybe a year close to a year even the speakers are incredible the base I had a surround sound system that's pretty amazing but the TV almost sounds clearer and better than the sound system like I find myself straining to hear what somebody saying on my surround setup a hearing better on the TV but at some point I'd like to get a nice sound bar setup from Samsung cuz they play well with their TVs we'll see The one I wants 2000

There's going to be some growing pains because pssr is new. Some game developers executed right out of the gate, and others not so much. (Silent Hill 2)👀. Most of the games I tested looked fantastic, and the performance was an improvement. Give it some time. They'll get the hang of it, and Sony will continue to update pssr. I'm starting to thank unreal engine 5 only works well with its own tsr implementation. 🤷

I’m really really really enjoying the ps5 pro !!! This is coming from a game who had a RTx 4080 i9 13900KF setup . This thing is a beast and will be my main way of playing video games !! I grew up playing video games in the 90s visuals aren’t really that important to me as long as the games run well !! Look at how the games looked that we grew up with ….. we had fun didn’t we ?

Bloodborne was great on my qled gaming monitor at 1440p but as soon as i tried it on my lg oled it was noticeable right off the bat that it was worse. Went back on the monitor. Beat father Gascoigne on my first try aswel. Elden ring has given me skills i didnt know i had. Im happy with the pro.

The industry should encourage 1080p as a decent resolution. Imagine 1080p with super ray tracing to offset the resolution drop.my 1080p monitor is better than my tv to be honest.

Sony needs to discontinue the PS5 in 2025/2026 and reduce the price of the PS5 pro to the original PS5. They could also lose a 1TB to be able to reduce the price.
