You could say his truck was not able to lift it because his intentions were to use it but in the carrier air ship they had no intention of claiming it

If Thor put the hammer on the truck, the truck would still move easily. There is a difference between trying to change its place and just having it on you. Thor put the hammer on the elevator, helicareer and the coat rack. Meanwhile stanlee tried to pull the hammer from the place it is placed which was the soil.

well we all know from Thor Love and Thunder that these weapons like Mjonir and Tsornbreaker kind of have minds of their own as well (they are sentient)

so they do know when to move and when not to move based on the intentions.

Helicarrier people had no interest in mjolnir, they were just flying and Thor happened to be there, but Stanlee had intentions to get the mjolnir.

Mjolnir measures sentience and intent. Ironman can’t use his suit to pick it up and Stan Lee couldn’t move it with a truck because both of those are technologies being piloted by a human. However if mjolnir was left on an elevator and a human pushed a floor the elevator would still go up. Because of all of this, it proves that vision is worthy of lifting mjolnir as he is a sentient being.

If you want to fill the holes, I think it’s because the elevator is an automatic insentient machine, the coat rack is also insentient and was given Mjolnir by Thor, Stan Lee was driving the truck with the intentions of wanting to take Mjolir just because (everyone wanted to take it like the sword in the stone), and Vision was worthy because he is a noble and pure minded hero plus he was made by Thor’s magic. The truck was just a tool used by someone who was unworthy. Also, the plane was controlled by people who were unworthy, yes, but they had no intentions of taking it and the plane is insentient. I also think it’s because Hulk was technically holding it.

Also, in the movie Odin had said it would be unmovable until he who is worthy wields it, so not until Thor became worthy did the hammer become movable by regular machinery!
