Did i miss something? Brisbane’s brilliance, proceeds to talk about keeping hipwood out of the team…

What about how they played was brilliant?

No praise for port? Just talking about how poor the Swans were. Port were excellent

10:10 - King nails our issue. There is an arrogance that has swept through Sydney this year, and it isn't just the players.

Swans also playing Collingwood this week is good timing for them. Form means nothing when a pies game rolls around, with a sold out finals atmosphere at home watch them come back into form.

The swans look tired through the midfield and if the midfield doesn't fire then the whole team underperforms

from a sydney supporter whose been to alot of the home and away games, kingys right you can see it, heeney would fly for a mark 6 weeks ago youd have rowbottom/gulden/warner all at ground level ready to crumb or ready to block for the outside to inside handball, 75% of the time now theyre just left to it, hoping on some "brilliance" from the 1 on 3 player, not team minded at all now, they need the aggression back and come out and prove a point for a change

Suggesting Henry smith stays in for the hipwood after two average games and hipwood doesn’t shows he doesn’t watch the lions. Daniher is good in the ruck

The thing about this season is teams go in and out of form with a flick of the switch. Carlton could easily win 7 straight and win the flag but just easily lose 3 straight and miss the finals. Not so along go Bulldogs and Lions were struggling now both are best teams in the comp. This is one of those year a team could win 4 straight finals

Attribute it to the unfair suspension on Heeney and the decisions made by the tribunal on two players after that.

Lachie Bramble has been excellent and does not get enough plaudits

Carlton's top five players, if any one of them gets injured the teams loses. Weitering, Cripps, Curnow, McKay, Walsh.

Swans are cooked? Come on! There's still another half an hour in the oven... If 3/8 isn't rock-bottom for Sydney then its an abyss never been explored before.

morris is playing great for brissy right now, hipwood has been average for a while but hipwood at his best is better then morris right now. plus hipwood has the finals experience

Cerra having 5 hamstring injuries in 12 months means that it is chronic and that it will be a problem until he retires. His hamstrings are becoming increasingly weaker and that can't be turned around. Hopefully he has a very long contract because his value will plummet.

As Swans supporter I agree with King it has gone to their heads and they have forgotten how to play basic football.

No coming back from that for swans . Premiership odds should be 50 / 1 and thats probably overs . Pies will flog em on weekend and i dont rate the Pies at all

31:05 - this is not the same back six that pundits have (rightly) smashed for years. The current backline group is:

Jones, Lobb, Khamis, Coffield, Duryea, Dale, Bramble

Of that list, only Dale and Duryea have been regulars in that backline over the past few years when they've been ordinary.

They've changed the backline coach, the style and most of the personnel in that group. It's definitely not the same backline that has been highly criticised.
